I hope you all had a chance to check out the amazinggg audiobook for Shoulda Swiped Left by Kit Barrie! I think she absolutely knocked it out of the parkkk and I love everything she did with these characters. I am definitely going to be working with her more in the future, so keep an eyeball out for future projects including Tastes Like Christmas, Killer Queen, and other novellas!

I’ve signed a deal with Tantor and they’re on board to record all three books — which is super amazing since I haven’t even finished Demons Dig Donuts yet ahahahaaaa! OMGGG I am so, sooo excited! The samples I’ve heard sound amazing and I am beyond thrilled to be working with Kristian A. Lee! Go give him a follow and show him some love! I can’t wait to hear the whole book and ahhhhh so EXCITED! SO! WE GOT:

Demons Dig Donuts TBD ’cause oops it still ain’t done yet! I’m hoping to release the book in October sooo it’ll be pretty much exactly a year from Angels. OOF. Honestly, figuring that out was such a weird kick in the face for me. As most of you know, I am a very very fast writer. It was nothing to have a release almost every month once I really got going. Looking back and seeing I haven’t had anything in almost a year was humbling and sad and mehhh. But! I am definitely on track to have a bunch of new stuff coming out by the end of the year! YAY! So, let’s get back into that!
COLD HARD CASH! OH YEAH! I will be getting my rights back from Stormy Night in August of this year and I am planning a very sexy second edition with a new cover, new formatting, and some new editing because YES there are typos that have haunted me for seven years and I wanna fix them. I’ve also grown so much as a writer that I know I can make this story better in terms of grammar/structure/etc. No dialogue will change (except the French. The very bad French lulz) and the content will remain the same EXCEPT for adding back in a scene I had to cut to comply with SNP’s torture policy. Which sounds super harsh except it was just Cold cutting off Corman’s finger lol and of course was changed to him beating the snot out of him.
It was not a decision I made lightly, but I will admit I was so desperate at the time to actually be PUBLISHED! I WAS JUST LIKE YEAH SURE WOO! ‘Cause here was this nice wonderful publisher willing to take a chance on me and my lil’ book sooo yup, I agreed to cut it. I will always be forever grateful to Stormy Night for giving me such an opportunity and literally changing my life, but I’m also looking forward to getting my rights back and putting my lil’ book out there as originally intended.

Which, of course lol, is why I’ve always referred to this potential new edition as the “Nine Fingered C*nt” edition. No finger cutting, no favorite line.
And what does this mean for the audio, you might ask? WELL GOOD NEWS! Scott and I have been chatting, and he has agreed to edit the current audio so it will match up with the second edition of the book, finger cutting and all. And yes, he will be recording the second book hopefully very soon once we get Cold Hard Cash straightened back out. There is no one else in the world I want to narrate these stories and I am confident we can make it work! Also, editing for Hard Earned Cash and later books should be much more minimal than this first book, and oof easier on my brain. xD
So, yes! Second edition Cold Hard Cash, new and improved with shiny beautiful sexy audio to match! Hard Earned Cash will follow along with the others as I get my rights back over the next two years which not only gives me time to prepare but also Scott time to record so yay! It’s amazing to me that there is still so much love for these books after so many years and oh yeah… This also means I need to finally write the last book for Jimmy and Cold.
Cash Is King is definitely on my radar and trust I’ve had the story in my head for a long time. There was so much going on with other series, new books, and ahhhh it’s been so hard to actually think there was going to be an end. I think I’m finally ready and as soon as my lil’ monster mafia series is wrapped up, I am currently planning to put my full focus on this last chapter. I’m not sure how it’s going to work just yet with so many of the books still being tied up with my publisher, but I will work something out! Even if it’s just a direct purchase on my website until I have everything else on Amazon. Whatever. I’ll figure it out! XD
Andddd yeah! That’s pretty much it for right now. I am still working on getting the final editions of the Sucker For Love series out there with their sexy hardcover versions. (On book 6! WOO!) I do still have a second volume of 8 Days of Monstrous Pride planned to put out in the world uhhhh at some point. Maybe superheroes, uhhhh who knows! XD I don’t wanna put too much on my plate right now, but I am happy and thrilled that things are moving in a positive and upward direction. <333
Thank you all. Seriously, so much. I couldn’t do any of this without my fans and I hope to keep making books and creating stories that you all enjoy. WHICH OH REMINDS ME YES SO since Cold Hard Cash is getting a new cover very soon (as the rest of the series eventually will) I am selling all the old books at super low prices to get ’em on outta here! I did worry that Cash Is King won’t match though and actually considered an “old” version just to print for people who wanted it to match what they have. Let me know if that’s actually something you’d be interested in!? XD I dunno might be crazy anyway! Sale stuff below!
Once they’re gone, that’s it. I will not be ordering any of the old covers from this point on. So, if you want ’em, grab ’em! And yes, I will definitely consider making a version for Cash Is King that will vibe with the rest of the old covers. <333 Especially as old as it is lol I figured I should make the option available. xD;
